9. Setzen Sie die Griﬄaschen

gemäß Abbildung G ein und ﬁxieren Sie Fiberglasgewebe

und Griﬄaschen

Hinweis: Achten Sie darauf, dass das Fiberglasgewebe

ausreichend gespannt

ist. Wiederholen Sie ggf. die Arbeitsschritte 8. und 9.

10. Entfernen Sie überstehendes Fiberglasgewebe

mittels Teppichmesser (siehe Abb. H).

11. Setzen Sie das Insektenschutz-Fenster ein (siehe Abb. I).

Außenmontage

j Befolgen Sie die Arbeitsschritte 1. bis 2. des Kapitels „Innenmontage“.

j Befolgen Sie die Arbeitsschritte 5. bis 10. des Kapitels „Innenmontage“.

j Setzen Sie die 13 mm Metall-Einhängewinkel

oben und unten auf den Rahmen. Achten

Sie darauf, dass Sie die Metall-Einhängewinkel

mit den langen Schenkeln oben auf-

setzen.

j Halten Sie den Rahmen mit Metall-Einhängewinkeln

von außen an das Fenster an

und markieren Sie die Bohrlöcher. Ziehen Sie ggf. eine zweite Person hinzu.

j Bohren Sie die Bohrlöcher und montieren Sie die Metall-Einhängewinkel

mittels

Schrauben

an der Außenwand (siehe Abb. J).

j Setzen Sie das Insektenschutz-Fenster ein (siehe Abb. J + K).

Reinigung und Pﬂege

j Reinigen Sie Fiberglasgewebe

und Rahmen mit einem fusselfreien, leicht angefeuchteten

Tuch.

j Nehmen Sie das Insektenschutz-Fenster in regelmäßigen Abständen aus dem Fenster,

um es gründlich zu reinigen.

j Verwenden Sie ggf. ein mildes Reinigungsmittel.

j Verwenden Sie keinesfalls ätzende oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel.

Entsorgung

Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien. Entsorgen Sie diese

in den örtlichen Recyclingbehältern.

Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten Produkts erfahren Sie bei Ihrer Gemeinde-

oder Stadtverwaltung.

10. Rimuovere la rete in ﬁbra di vetro

in eccesso con la taglierina (vedi ﬁg. H).

11. Installare la ﬁnestra anti-insetti (vedi ﬁg. I).

Montaggio esterno

j Procedere come indicato nei passi di montaggio 1 e 2 del capitolo “Montaggio interno”.

j Procedere come indicato nei passi di montaggio da 5 a 10 del capitolo “Montaggio

interno”.

j Inserire l’angolare di sospensione in metallo

per 13 mm sopra e sotto il telaio. Fare

attenzione a che l’angolare di sospensione in metallo

sia posato con i lati lunghi in

alto.

j Fermare il telaio alla ﬁnestra con angolari di sospensione in metallo

dall’esterno e

marcare i fori da eseguire. Chiedere, se necessario, l’intervento di un’altra persona.

j Eseguire i fori e montare gli angolari di sospensione in metallo

alla parete esterna

con viti

(vedi ﬁg. J).

j Installare la ﬁnestra anti-insetti (vedi ﬁg. J + K).

Pulizia e manutenzione

j Pulire la rete in ﬁbra di vetro

e il telaio con un panno privo di peli e leggermente

umettato.

j Rimuovere la ﬁnestra anti-insetti dalla ﬁnestra a intervalli regolari per pulirla a fondo.

j Se necessario utilizzare un detersivo delicato.

j Non utilizzare assolutamente detersivi corrosivi o abrasivi.

Smaltimento

l’imballaggio consta esclusivamente di materiali che rispettano l’ambiente. Gettare

questi riﬁuti nei contenitori locali di riciclaggio.

Informazioni sulle possibilità di smaltimento del prodotto consumato sono disponibili presso

j Coloque o canto de suspensão em metal

de 13 mm em cima e em baixo da moldura.

Tenha atenção para que os cantos de suspensão em metal

sejam montados com

os lados compridos para cima.

j Segure a moldura com os cantos de suspensão em metal

no exterior da janela e

assinale os pontos a perfurar. Se necessário, peça ajuda a outra pessoa.

j Faça os furos e monte os cantos de suspensão em metal

com os parafusos

parede exterior (ver ﬁg. J).

j Coloque a janela anti-insectos (ver ﬁg. J + K).

Limpeza e conservação

j Limpe a rede de ﬁbra de vidro

e a moldura com um pano que não largue ﬁos, leve-

mente humedecido.

j Retire regularmente a janela anti-insectos da janela para a limpar devidamente.

j Caso seja necessário, utilize um produto de limpeza suave.

j Não utilize de forma alguma produtos de limpeza abrasivos ou corrosivos.

Eliminação

A embalagem e o seu material são compostos apenas por materiais recicláveis.

Elimine-os nos ecopontos locais.

Pode obter informações relativas à eliminação do móvel usado através dos responsáveis

legais pela reciclagem no seu município.

Montagem

Antes da montagem, assegure-se de que a sua janela é indicada para este produto e não

ultrapassa as dimensões máximas.

CUIDADO! PERIGO DE FERIMENTOS! Para a montagem necessita de uma serra,

um x-acto e um berbequim (só para a montagem no exterior). Consulte sempre o manual

de instruções das ferramentas usadas e utilize luvas de protecção.

Montagem no interior

1. Meça primeiro a altura e a largura da moldura interior (ver ﬁg. A).

2. Retire 1,2 cm da altura medida e 3,5 cm da largura e corte os perﬁs de alumínio

na altura (H) ou largura respectivas (B) (ver ﬁg. B). Rebarbe as superfícies cortadas

com a ajuda de uma lima.

3. Meça a profundidade da moldura e escolha o respectivo canto de suspensão em

metal

(ver ﬁg. C).

4. Instale o canto de suspensão em metal

no conector angular

de acordo com a

ﬁgura D.

Nota: Tenha atenção para que os cantos de suspensão em metal

sejam colocados

com os lados compridos na parte de cima do conector angular

5. Una os perﬁs de alumínio

através dos conectores angulares

(ver ﬁg. D). Tenha

em atenção o posicionamento correcto dos perﬁs de alumínio H

e B

. Tenha

atenção para que as depressões dos perﬁs de alumínio

se apresentem todas de

um lado. Se necessário, utilize um maço de borracha.

6. Corte duas barras de encaixe

à medida do perﬁl de alumínio H

(ver ﬁg. E).

7. Adicione à medida do perﬁl de alumínio B

1,3 cm e encurte as duas outras barras

de encaixe

para a medida respectiva (ver ﬁg. E).

9. Insert the grip tabs

Note: Make sure that the ﬁbreglass fabric

10. Use the carpet cutter to remove any protruding ﬁbreglass fabric

(see Fig. H).

11. Insert the insect screen (see Fig. I).

Outdoor installation

j Follow steps 1 to 2 of the section entitled “Indoor installation“.

j Follow steps 5 to 10 of the section entitled “Indoor installation“.

j Place the 13 mm metal suspension bracket

on the top and bottom of the frame.

Make sure that you put the metal suspension brackets

with the long limbs at the top.

j Hold the frame with the metal suspension brackets

on the window from the outside

and mark the boreholes. You may have to ask a second person to help you.

j Drill the boreholes and ﬁt the metal suspension brackets

to the outer wall by means

of the screws

(see Fig. J).

j Insert the insect screen (see Fig. J & K).

Cleaning and care

j Clean the ﬁbreglass fabric

and frame with a lint-free, slightly damp cloth.

j At regular intervals, take the insect screen out of the window to give it a thorough clean.

j Use a mild cleaning agent where necessary.

j Do not under any circumstances use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose

of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-

out product.

Installation

Before assembly, make sure that your window is suitable for this product and that it does not

exceed the maximum dimensions.

CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY! To assemble the product, you will require a saw, a

carpet cutter and a drill (only required for outdoor installation). You must consult the directions

for use of the tools required and use protective gloves.

Indoor installation

1. First measure the height and breadth of the inner frame (see Fig. A).

2. Deduct 1.2 cm from the height you have measured and 3.5 cm from the breadth you

have measured and shorten the aluminium proﬁles

to the appropriate height (H) or

breadth (B) (see Fig. B). Use a ﬁle to deburr or smooth the cut surfaces.

3. Measure the depth of the frame and choose the appropriate metal suspension brackets

(see Fig. C).

4. Insert the metal suspension brackets

in accordance with Figure D into the corner

connectors

Note: Make sure that you insert the metal suspension brackets

with the long limbs

into the upper corner connector

5. Connect the aluminium proﬁles

by means of the corner connectors

(see Fig. D).

Ensure the correct positioning of aluminium proﬁles H

and B

. Make sure that the

recesses of the aluminium proﬁles

all face one side. You may have to use a rubber

mallet.

6. Cut two click strips

to suit the dimensions of aluminium proﬁle H

(see Fig. E).

7. Add 1.3 cm to the dimension of aluminium proﬁle B

and cut the other two click

strips

to the appropriate dimension (see Fig. E).

8. Place the ﬁbreglass fabric

over the frame and use the click strips B

to ﬁx it onto

the aluminium proﬁles B

(see Fig. F).

Montage

Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Montage, dass Ihr Fenster für dieses Produkt geeignet ist und

die Maximalmaße nicht überschreitet.

VORSICHT! VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR! Für die Montage benötigen Sie eine Säge,

ein Teppichmesser und eine Bohrmaschine (nur für die Außenmontage). Ziehen Sie unbedingt

die Bedienungsanleitungen der benötigten Werkzeuge hinzu und verwenden Sie Schutz-

handschuhe.

Innenmontage

1. Messen Sie zunächst Höhe und Breite des Innenrahmens (siehe Abb. A).

2. Ziehen Sie von der ermittelten Höhe 1,2 cm und von der Breite 3,5 cm ab und kürzen

Sie die Aluminiumproﬁle

auf die entsprechende Höhe (H) bzw. Breite (B) (siehe

Abb. B). Entgraten Sie die Schnittﬂächen mittels Feile.

3. Messen Sie die Rahmentiefe und wählen Sie die entsprechenden Metall-Einhängewinkel

(siehe Abb. C).

4. Setzen Sie die Metall-Einhängewinkel

gemäß Abbildung D in die Eckverbinder

ein.

Hinweis: Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die Metall-Einhängewinkel

mit den langen

Schenkeln in die oberen Eckverbinder

einsetzen.

5. Verbinden Sie die Aluminiumproﬁle

mittels Eckverbindern

(siehe Abb. D). Achten

Sie auf die korrekte Positionierung der Aluminiumproﬁle H

und B

. Achten Sie

darauf, dass die Vertiefungen der Aluminiumproﬁle

alle zu einer Seite zeigen. Ver-

wenden Sie ggf. einen Gummihammer.

6. Kürzen Sie zwei Clickleisten

auf das Maß von Aluminiumproﬁl H

(siehe Abb. E).

7. Addieren Sie zu dem Maß von Aluminiumproﬁl B

1,3 cm und kürzen Sie die übrigen

beiden Clickleisten

auf das entsprechende Maß (siehe Abb. E).

8. Legen Sie das Fiberglasgewebe

über den Rahmen und ﬁxieren Sie es mittels der

Clickleisten B

an den Aluminiumproﬁlen B

(siehe Abb. F).
